Ryan Compton has been the Service Manager at Design and Integration, a Baltimore based Integrate Technology Firm, for a little under a year now. He began his journey with DI in 2021 as an Install Technician and has worked his way up through the Service Department to his current position.

He completed his undergraduate study in Theatre Design and Technology with a Minor in Audio Production at Frostburg State University where he discovered his passion for audio and mixing. While studying at the University, he was able to work as a Event Technician for the Lane University and quickly became one of the go to Audio Engineers. Ryan has had the privilege to work many of the artists that preformed at FSU which include Megan The Stallion, Jo Dee Messina, The Kelly Bell Band, and several other artists. Through these events, he was introduced to Gerry and SMPA organization.

Ryan has worked with SMPA has an Audio Engineer since 2019 and has been a Board Member since 2021. Punk has always been a favorite genre of his since his father introduced him to the Ramones in elementary school. The community built around Punk and the love each member of SMPA provides is what draw Ryan back every show.
